Louise is Managing Director of Validate and a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) with more than 25 years’ experience leading growth, transformation, and operational improvement across a range of organisations. Throughout her career, she has worked with founder-led businesses, private equity-backed companies, and multi-site organisations, delivering strategic leadership across finance, operations, technology, and people.

As Managing Director, Louise is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of Validate, working closely with lenders, valuers, and the wider team to drive continued growth and deliver a high-quality, responsive service. She is focused on strengthening partnerships, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining the high standards of service, responsiveness, and expertise that Validate is known for.

Matthew’s extensive experience in both commercial and residential valuation, spanning nearly two decades, is truly impressive. His background with large corporate property consultancies and institutional investors in the UK and Germany highlights his versatility and expertise. It’s clear that his skills and proven track record make him an invaluable asset to the Validate team, consistently delivering added value to our clients.

Emma is a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer with over 10 years of experience in the industry. Having worked with both large firms and boutique consultancies, she brings a well-rounded perspective and a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential work for many different purposes.

Lakan is a RICS Registered Valuer with over six years of experience delivering residential valuation services across the UK. Having worked with leading national surveying firms, he has developed extensive expertise in valuing a broad range of residential property types for mortgage lending, taxation and investment purposes.

Hannah brings over 20 years of multi-sector commercial experience to the team.
